Employment History:
Facilities Management
- Delivery of 30,000 sq.ft. of lab and office space to co-locate uk workforce into one single HQ.
- Lead on all site Facilities, setting strategy, including use of KPI's, space planning and selection of suppliers and maintenance contracts
- Lead on Health and Safety for all site, including writing policy, procedures and training
- Replacement of site boilers following failure of existing, obsolete boilers.
- Leading Facilities team including day to day operation and future planning on space and plant replacement projects
- Part of SLT explaining site requirements and therefore strategy being implemented
- Introduced operation dashboard to monitor key department metrics
- Management of all FM contracts and staff on site, maintaining a great place to work while managing a 10% budget reduction
- Overall responsibility for Facilities across six buildings covering two science parks
- Space/Storage management and rationalisation with limited space on site
