With over 23 years experience, this PA offers a high level of administrative support to Executive (C-Suite) members, senior employees, and busy teams. She is highly organised and Advanced skills in diary management, travel management, expense tracking, scheduling of meetings and events and processing of high-value purchase orders. She has experinece of working within Clinical, Events, Finance and HR Teams. 

Current Salary: £36k-£40k
Location: Newmarket


Skills

  -     Extensive office administration, organisational and time management skills.               

-       Willingness to be flexible and prepared to contribute to a company in other duties as required.

-       Skilled and experienced at multi-tasking and problem-solving.

-       Excellent teamwork ability at all levels, including Executive.

-       Highly proficient IT skills including Microsoft work packages, IFS, MyHR, MyIT, SharePoint, NetSuite
