OFFERED - Sales Manager | £40,000 - £60,000

Due to growth our client is looking for a pro-active and motivated Sales Team Leader that enjoys Tech environments and is able share their time between selling into existing accounts, working with the Business Development Manager on new projects and managing a small team of salespeople.


Every part of the job is incentivised. This is an opportunity for an experienced Sales Team Leader to play a vital role in supporting the scaling of this successful and well refined Technology company. There is a real opportunity for a driven Sales Team Leader to make their mark and help grow this business.


Our client is seeking someone that can hit the ground running, while receiving coaching and support from the team around you. There is a significant amount of experience in the team and you will work closely with the MD and Technical Director.


In this role you will have the power to influence the processes, strategies, team setup and manage the overall effort for the sales and marketing function. If you are professional, driven and with a proven track record of driving Sales and want to be part of a business where your input counts, then this role could be of interest to you. This is a hybrid role.

As the Sales Manager you will be:

  • Results driven.
  • Guiding the business development team
  • Ensuring profitability to the business
  • Working closely with the MD to help achieve business goals.

As a Sales Manager you will have:


  • Previous experience selling Technology.
  • Good planning skills and the ability to implement plans.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • High level of prioritisation and be detailed orientated.
  • Understanding of lead generation
  • A driving licence and be willing to travel to meetings and events.
