This role involves preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring that every meal is a delightful experience. The position is hands-on and requires a passion for cooking on a large scale, making it perfect for those who thrive in a dynamic and busy kitchen environment.

Candidates should bring a proven track record of preparing meals from scratch. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, along with the ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.

Please note this role is offered on a contract of between 41-44 weeks per year (term time plus 7-10 weeks holiday cover)

As the Chef, you will be:

• Preparing a range of dishes from fresh foods
• Serving across breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on a rota basis
• Assisting with functions
• Ensuring high level of hygiene standards
• Clearing away and keeping kitchen areas clean and tidy
• Assisting with ad hoc catering requirements

As the Chef, you will have:

• Experience of cooking dishes up to 700 people
• Experience within a similar setting
• A passion to deliver high standard nutritious meals
• A reliable and team minded spirit
