Exact Sourcing is looking for an experienced, reliable, and passionate Gardener to take full ownership of a beautiful private estate. This is a unique "lifestyle" role that offers high-quality on-site accommodation and a stable, structured working week.

We are not just looking for maintenance; we are looking for a true plantsman or plantswoman who takes pride in the artistic health of a garden.

As the Gardener, you will be responsible for: 

• Expert Horticulture: Maintaining vibrant, healthy flower beds and borders to a high standard.

• Floral Curation: Selecting, cutting, and arranging fresh flowers from the garden (or sourcing weekly) to decorate the main house.

• Estate Presentation: Lawn care, pruning, and seasonal planting to ensure the grounds are pristine year-round.

• London Property Care: Travelling (transport provided) approximately 5 times a year to maintain premium pots and balcony baskets at a London residence

As the Gardener, you will have: 

• Proven Experience: You must have a solid background in gardening or high-end horticultural maintenance.

•      Reliability & Discretion: As this is a live-in role, we require a professional with a "can-do" attitude and a history of long-term reliability.

• An Eye for Detail: You genuinely enjoy plants and understand the aesthetics of a traditional English garden.

• Floral Flair: Experience or a natural talent for flower arranging is essential to meet the owner’s preferences.
