Front of House Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Front of House Manager to join a well-established, customer-focused retail and hospitality business in Norfolk. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service, leading teams, and creating a welcoming environment, this role could be ideal for you.  

As the Front of House Manager, you will:

• Lead and support front of house teams across retail and café areas

• Ensure outstanding customer service and smooth daily operations

• Manage rotas, training, and team development

• Maintain high standards of presentation and customer flow

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

As the Front of House Manager, you will demonstrate these skills:

• Have experience in retail or hospitality management

• Experience of working in a fast paced and busy environment leading large teams

• Confident in managing busy customer-facing environments

• Organised, proactive, and able to multitask

• Passionate about delivering a great customer experience

• Flexible to work weekends and peak periods
