Supply Chain Coordinator | £28,000 - £30,000

Are you someone with a passion for driving efficiency and making an immediate impact? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join our client’s team and support global operations at a critical time.

As Supply Chain Co-Ordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing and improving the full supply chain process—from production planning and order fulfilment to inventory optimisation and global distribution. You’ll work across departments and with external partners to ensure our products are available when and where they’re needed, without waste or delay.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in shaping supply chain performance, improving OTIF delivery, and supporting our global customers and suppliers.

As the Supply Chain Coordinator you will be:

• Overseeing order processing, fulfilment, and shipping through ERP systems

• Maintaining accurate inventory levels and minimise write-offs

• Collaborating across teams: production, sales, QA, finance, and more

• Analysing forecasts and support S&OP planning cycles

• Resolving customer and subcontractor queries professionally and efficiently

• Driving improvements in ERP/MRP usage and supply chain reporting

• Supporting the delivery of cost-effective, efficient global logistics

As the Supply Chain Coordinator you will have:

• A good understanding of Supply chain

• Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems and Excel

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused mindset

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or equivalent experience
