Biodiversity Specialist

Our client based in Cambridge, are now looking for a Biodiversity Specialist to contribute to transformative global projects. You’ll lead initiatives supporting corporate and finance sector action on nature, help shape policy and decision-making tools, and collaborate with top-tier global institutions like the UN, UK Treasury, and leading private sector entities.

As the Biodiversity Specialist you will be

• Lead impactful projects on natural capital, sustainable finance, and biodiversity metrics.

• Collaborate with governments, businesses, and financial institutions.

• Organise hybrid workshops and high-level stakeholder engagements.

• Contribute technical insights, reports, and tools for nature-positive decision-making.

• Line-manage junior staff and oversee project delivery.

As the Biodiversity Specialist you will have:

• A background in economics, sustainability, or biodiversity.

• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

• Experience working with international stakeholders in biodiversity or finance.
