Exact Sourcing is delighted to recruit for a well-established and growing installation specialist looking to expand their field teams. We are seeking a skilled Window Installer to service residential and commercial projects across the East of England.

As part of a dedicated 3-person team (comprising a Lead Fitter, an experienced General Fitter, and a Trainee), you will ensure high-quality installations, exceptional finishings, and top-tier customer service.

As a Window Installer you will be:

• Safely remove old units and install new high-quality windows and doors, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high standards and expertly install new replacements.

• Deliver flawless finishing touches, including precise trim work, sealing, and clean-up.

• Confidently work with a wide variety of materials, including Timber, uPVC, Aluminium, and Composite products.

• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, ensuring a polite, professional, and tidy service.

As a Window Installer you will have:

• Proven experience as a Lead Fitter or Senior Installer.

• Deep expertise across timber, uPVC, aluminium, and composite windows/doors.

• Excellent eye for detail regarding trim and finishing work.

• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.

• A valid UK driving license (to transport the team and materials).

• MTC / FENSA registration or NVQ Level 2/3 in Fenestration is highly desirable.
