HGV Class 2 Driver | £30,000 - £35,000
Are you an experienced HGV 2 Driver now looking to join a reputable company providing high quality relocation services around Cambridgeshire? If so, our client are now looking for a HGV Class 2 Driver to join their well-established team. This role will seldom have overnight stays and hours of work 8am until 5pm, ideal for someone who doesn’t want to do long or overnight hours.
As the HGV Class 2 Driver you will be:
• Driving a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle in compliance with UK driving regulations and company policies
• Assisting with porters, loading and unloading goods at properties or commercial premises
• Ensuring all items are handled with care and secured safely in the vehicle
• Completing daily vehicle checks and report any defects or issues
• Communicating professionally with clients and team members
• Completing all necessary paperwork and delivery documentation accurately
As the HGV Class 2 Driver you will have:
• Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid CPC
• Previous experience in removals driving is advantageous
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items safely
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
