Exact Sourcing is partnering with a highly respected local business to find a Customer Support Representative who can manage the "full circle" of the customer journey.
This isn't just about answering phones; it’s about owning the order process, managing complex data in SAP/Salesforce, and ensuring the smooth movement of parts and products. If you are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrive in a busy, varied environment, we want to hear from you.
You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing everything from initial enquiries to complex stock and parts logistics.
As the Customer Support, you will be responsible for:
Multi-Channel Support: Managing inbound enquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on professional, helpful interaction.
Order & Parts Management: Utilising SAP and CRM (Salesforce) to process orders for products and services, including parts for field service teams.
Database Stewardship: Taking ownership of data enrichment and cleanup (iBase/dBase) to ensure our systems remain accurate.
Operational Logistics: Managing service call triaging, returns, shipping administration, and ad-hoc shipments.
Financial Support: Assisting the Financial Controller with MRP, Stock Management, and Demo Stock to ensure inventory accuracy.
Growth Support: Identifying lead generation opportunities for cross-selling during customer interactions.
As the Customer Support Representative, you will be:
The Systems Specialist: You have solid experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and ideally SAP. You are comfortable with MS Office and learn new software quickly.
The Process Thinker: You understand Order Management and MRP (Material Requirements Planning). You don’t just enter data; you understand the flow of goods.
The Communication Pro: You have a natural "Customer Care" mindset—you’re calm under pressure and professional across all channels.
The Team Player: You are happy to "muck in" with various tasks and support the wider team to achieve collective goals.
Qualified by Experience: You likely have 2+ years of experience in a similar technical customer service or operations role.
