Our client based in Cambridge are now looking for a Support Engineer to join their growing team to ensure that their clients communication and connectivity needs are kept at the highest levels., You will be offering the clients the highest levels of customer service and at the same time working for a Company that values its staff and can offer a really good working environment.
As the Support Engineer you will be:
Providing support to clients on technical issues via a rota system
- Used to dealing with customer enquiries be it in a commercial environment
- Good organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Visiting client sites
- Making sure all issued are logged correctly
As the Support Engineer you will have:
- Great customer Service skills
- Experience in communication, hosting and telephony
- The ability to offer great customer service
- Great communication skills
- A clean driving licence for travel throughout the UK
- Experience of logging customer enquiries
