As the Renewals Administrator you will be responsible for liaising with clients and providing renewals contracts within the Insurance sector. You will be updating their renewals and ensuring this process is carried out in a smooth and timely manner. Working 3 days in the Office and 2 days at home this opportunity gives you the chance to build your skills and experience in Insurance.
You will be daily ensuring all Renewal documentation is completed correctly, and adheres to internal and external compliance, so a high level of attention to detail is required. If you love being organised and speaking with people, and going above and beyond to offer a first class service then this is the role for you.
As the Renewals Administrator you will be:
- Completing all Renewal paperwork
- Be responsible for end to end tasks
- Liaising with clients
- Investigating and resolving queries
- Speaking with clients on a daily basis
- Maintaining all records accurately
As the Renewals Administrator you will have:
- Diligence and accuracy in your work
- A proactive attitude
- High attention to detail
- Good IT skills
- Great communication skills building rapport and relationships with clients
- Solid admin experience
