Are you looking for a part-time administrative role where you can use your organisation skills and customer skills to work in the Centre of Newmarket?
Our client that has supplies internationally are now looking for a Part-Time Admin Assistant to work the hours 12.30pm to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, in their offices in Newmarket to cover for Maternity Leave.
As the Part-Time Admin Assistant you will be:
- Entering orders on the system
- Filing, photocopying and ensuring all order documentation is checked
- Sales order processing
- Answering emails and phone calls
- Responding to any customer queries
As the Part-Time Admin Assistant you will have
- Good IT skills including Excel
- Good organisational skills
- Customer service experience
- Great communication skills
- The ability to multi-task
