Operations Support

Would you like to work for a growing business that is offering a part time role as an Operations Support?  As Operations Support you will be working out of hours answering calls and forwarding information onto the appropriate person. Don’t worry… full training will be given.

As the Operations Support you will be:

  • Making sure processes are followed to keep efficiency of the operation
  • Ensuring all information is communicated effectively
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries
  • Working 5pm – 10pm Monday to Friday with the opportunity to do additional hours on the weekend if you wanted to

As the Operations Support you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Good use of Microsoft Office
  • A passion for offering great customer service
