Operations Administrator (German)

Due to expansion our client is looking for an experienced Operations Administrator (German) to join their developing team within their established business. You will be someone that enjoys resolving issues and coming up with solutions and is highly organised.

Our client, a highly regarded international brand, are looking to appoint an Operations Administrator (German) to join their team as part of a global effort to be part of changes within the business as the front-end teams deliver the service to their clients. Your role will be to support the Service and Support Team to achieve those goals within the organisation. Day to day you will be working closely with internal team to assist in all the post service administration.

As the Operations Administrator (German) you will have excellent communication skills, strong ability to manage your own time and work well under pressure whilst collaborating with others.  So if you speak fluent German and English, enjoy being part of a special Administration team and want to work in a business that positively affect others, this opportunity could be of interest to you.

As the Operations Administrator (German) you will be:

  • Updating, checking and completing work orders for compliance
  • Managing emails and calls into the office in regard to orders, installs, service and maintenance
  • Ensuring effective communication with all departments
  • Adding and processing orders
  • Arranging goods and services
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed in a timely manner
  • Liaising with customers and the Sales Team on a daily basis

As the Operations Administrator (German) you will have:

  • Experience of working in an administrative support position
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Good use of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • A passion for offering great customer service
