A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join their successful business. Due to expansion, our client will be looking for a HR Administrator looking for their next step up or HR Advisor looking to use their skills and knowledge in this professional and growing business.
Working for this growing organisation you will be the kind of person that enjoys working across skills and functions in a growing business whilst supporting this team.
As the HR Advisor you will be:
- Managing the recruitment process
- Induction & on boarding staff
- Managing references
- Absence management
- Checking Right to work documents
- Managing seating plans across offices
- Dealing with general HR enquiries and HR Coordination
As the HR Advisor you will have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Problem solving attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ideally, experience with HR software
