You will be hands on in your approach to work and someone that can offer a seamless service across the board to support this great organisation that truly makes a difference to people’s lives, and offers a fantastic working environment.
As the German Speaking Administrator you will be:
- Managing emails and calls into the office in regard to orders, installs, service and maintenance
- Ensuring effective communication with all departments
- Adding and processing orders
- Arranging goods and services
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed in a timely manner
- Liaising with customers and the Sales Team on a daily basis
As the German Speaking Administrator you will have:
- A background in administrative support and service
- A Degree Qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Great organisation skills and attention to detail
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
- Good use of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- A passion for offering great customer service
