An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Administrator to join this growing business. Due to expansion, our client, an international organisation is looking to expand their team.
You will be organised and structured with a methodical approach and a strong work ethic. This is a part time post with the potential for hours to increase in the future. Some flexibility over time as US colleagues start work at 5pm UK time would be ideal.
As the Financial Administrator you will be:
- Controlling purchase transactions
- Ensuring all purchase records are kept up to date
- Maintaining good relationships with third parties
- Documenting ordering processes
- A good team player
As the Financial Administrator you will have:
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great at building and maintaining supplier relationships
- Bookkeeping experience ideal but not essential
