Customer Support Executive

Due to expansion, our client would love to appoint customer focussed professionals that enjoy dealing with people.  Working for this well-established organisation your role will involve administration, customer support and resolving issues (full training is given) all whilst working in a supportive and fun-loving team environment.  If you would like the opportunity to combine your skills in a busy role where no 2 days will be the same then this position as Customer Support Executive could be worth exploring.

Whilst working as the Customer Support Executive, in these lovely offices, you will have the chance to build your skills and get to know the role and within time have the opportunity to grow within the business as they are very good with developing their people from within.  Working hours are Monday to Friday, offering regular working hours, excellent benefits (constantly reviewed) with access to free parking if needed.

As the Customer Support Executive, you will be a good listener, patient, kind and able to multitask by capturing information and liaising with teams if needed This organisation is offering a friendly, supportive environment where full training will be given. As the Customer Support Executive you will be:

  • Dealing with incoming inquiries
  • General administration
  • Making and confirming appointments through phone and email
  • Working as part of a team

As the Customer Support Executive, you will have:

  • Good communication, written and verbal skills
  • The ability to prioritise your work load
  • Ability to work under pressure
