Customer Support Executive

Due to expansion, our client is looking for a Customer Support Executive that can provide excellent customer service and has a high level of digital skill to fix problems using their software solutions. Our client offers extensive training on their solution as well as ongoing career development. This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing business with a supportive and fun culture.
As a Customer Support Executive you will be:
- Responding to support requests via support ticket
- Respond to tickets in a timely manner, making sure they meet customer KPI’s
- Able to problem solve (Extensive training given)
- Monitor problems to identify any reoccurrence
- Raise bug fixes as a result of issues raised
As a Customer Support Executive you will have:
- Work experience in a customer service role
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Understanding of software
