Due to expansion our client is looking to grow their well-established Customer Service team by appointing a Customer Service Executive in a varied and busy role where no 2 days will be the same.
The role will allow you to deal with the incoming enquiry and sales order processing, returns, liaising with the customer feedback. At the moment the role offer hybrid working which is great and there is free parking on site too!

As the Customer Service Executive, you will enjoy autonomy and ownership of your day-to-day tasks and really enjoy helping and supporting clients whilst solving problems day to day. As the Customer Service Executive, you will be:
- Managing incoming orders/enquiries
- Arrange deliveries from Warehouse
- Investigation of client complaints
- Liaising with internal and external teams
- Preparing relevant transport information
As the Customer Service Executive, you will have:
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience of working within a customer support environment
