As the Customer Advisor you will be:
- Corresponding with customers by email and phone
- Ensuring contacts are replied to within the set KPI’s
- Dealing with any customer service issues and knowing when to escalate them
- Advising customers
- Working in a team environment
As the Customer Advisor you will have:
- Ability to prioritise your work load in a busy environment
- Excellent written skills
- Great communication skills verbal and written
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Strong attention to detail
