Due to expansion, our client is looking for a Community Manager that will manage all communications through different social media channels, providing content for customers and specialising in solutions. You will be up to date with the latest technology trends and have sound knowledge of online marketing as well as tracking relevant KPI’s.
As a Community Manager you will be:
- Plan and implement social media and communication campaigns
- Provide engaging text and content for all social media
- Liaising with other departments
- Organise and manage events to boost brand awareness
- Monitoring online reviews
- Building relationships with customers and other industry professionals
As a Community Manager you will have:
- Proven work experience in similar role
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively
- Experience with social media management
- Ideally BSc degree in marketing
