Customer Service Manager

Are you looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced growing Tech company?

Due to an internal promotion, our client is looking to appoint a Client Services Manager to oversee a small team and works hands-on alongside them to make sure that their clients have a great customer service experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone that really enjoys interacting with customers and helping them and also guiding and leading a team that will be expanding.   A background in technology or the financial industry would be ideal as it would enable you to hit the ground running quicker particularly as this is a really busy time for this growing business.

As a Client Services Manager you will be:

  • Managing and supporting your team
  • Identifying potential client service concerns and interacting with internal teams to help resolve them
  • Handling Client inquiries and complaints
  • Providing technical assistance to clients
  • Leading the team to carry out quality checks
  • Obtain post-sales client reviews

As a Client Services Manager you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role, managing a team and having a client-centred approach
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • A high level of interpersonal skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Financial Services or Technology would be ideal
