Business Development Manager

Are you looking for a new opportunity? Due to expansion, our client is looking for a Business Development Manager that can build effective relationships with potential clients to close new business. You will have experience selling a solution and proven record of your success. Are you a self-motivated professional wanting to work in a forward thinking new business?

As a Business Development Manager you will be:

  • Generate new business opportunities with prospective clients by targeting all verticals in the UK market
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle from generating leads, demonstrating the product, pricing, negotiation and closing
  • Maintain a high close rate on all leads provided by our marketing activities and business development director
  • Build a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against sales targets and ensure KPI’s are met
  • Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of our product by working closely with all in-house teams, management and your peers
  • Liaise with Customer Service to ensure a smooth and professional handover happens between PDH and the client
  • Attend events to network and create leads, generating interest in the the for employers seeking a comprehensive wellbeing at work solution

As a Business Development Manager you will have:

  • A desire to win and to become a significant member of the team
  • Knowledge of the SaaS industry is essential
  • Proven track record of over achievement throughout your career
  • Excellent selling skills built on trust and reliability
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new business
  • Proven understanding of sales metrics and how to use them to build and plan for success
