Area Concessions Manager

Our client, a luxurious and growing brand, is looking to appoint an Area Concessions Manager to manage, lead, sell and motivate their teams.  There are currently 7 concession stores which will be growing and there are currently 3 of our client’s sales teams within 3 of these prestigious stores owning and managing a beautiful space to display and sell their products.

This is an interesting role as you will have the chance to use your love of variety day to day where you will use creative thinking of how to increase footfall whilst liaising the digital marketing agency and the next you will be approaching large department stores about potentially becoming a vital part of their team.

The approach to leadership in this business is more about carrot than stick and it is about using your passion for commercial business and building upon team moral and engagement to really help the teams maximise their potentials and for the unmanned stores it will be about helping them to really maximise the potential opportunities of the brand within the stores.

As the Area Concessions Manager, you will be:

  • Selling and representing the brand
  • Leading, motivating and upskilling internal and sales teams on the shop floor
  • Building relationships with various stakeholders whilst representing this prestigious brand
  • Comfortable working from the various locations identifying opportunities and knowing how to really grow and attract sales
  • Liaising with head office Buying and merchandising team regarding stock levels

As the Area Concessions Manager, you will have:

  • Experience of working in a retail environment with experience of successfully increasing and driving sales in one or multiple sites
  • Clean drivers’ licence

If you have strong sales and leadership skills, the position of Area Concessions Manager would be worth exploring.
