Administrator
Are you looking to build on your existing administration skills? Do you have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail? As this is what is required to work with our client in Cambridge, who have created a modern forward thinking office environment. They are a specialised company and are looking for someone who has a background in administration and who is used to working to tight deadlines to add to their existing team. You will be a confident communicator as you will taking telephone calls from clients and meeting visitors into the office.
As the Administrator you will be:
- Entering data onto the system
- Downloading documents and entering correct information
- Processing client documentation
- Helping with general team administration
- Answering incoming calls and receiving visitors
- Ensuring all documentation is compliant
As the Administrator you will have
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Great computer skills
- High concentration and attention to detail
- Good communication and team skills
