Our client is looking for an exceptional Administrator that will be liaising with clients, ensuring all details are accurate, completed in a timely manner and adhere to internal and external compliance.
If you would like to work in a small team and go above and beyond offering a first class service then this is the role for you.
As the Administrator you will be:
- Completing all paperwork
- Be responsible for end to end tasks
- Answering incoming calls and liaise with clients
- Investigating and resolving queries
- Speaking with clients on a daily basis
- Maintaining all records accurately
As the Administrator you will have:
- Diligence and accuracy in your work
- A proactive attitude
- Excellent IT skills – Excel window packages, word outlook
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
