Accountant
Do you want to work for a well-established Accountancy Practice in the heart of Newmarket? Our client is looking for an experienced Accountant to join their friendly team. Whilst working in this hands-on role you will be involved in various aspects of the day to day delivery of accounts preparation for a number of different-sized companies.
As the Accountant you will be:
- Preparing a full set of accounts including Tax returns
- Working with organisations of various sizes
- Preparing companies for Audit
- Preparing quarterly VAT returns, liaising with the client throughout
- Maintaining accuracy whilst ensuring that deadlines are met
As the Accountant you will have:
- Experience of working in a small/medium practice
- Experience of preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- VAT return preparation experience
- AAT or part-qualified
