Operations Coordinator

Do you have experience of working as an Administrator, Business Support or Operations Coordinator or similar type position where you are responsible for administrative/ business support roles within an organisation?

An exciting and varied opportunity has arisen to join a growing and developing business in Cambridge where you will have chance to take ownership and responsibility for a lot of commercial support within the business.  The position of Operations Coordinator would suit someone that has experience and really enjoys problem solving and taking on administrative tasks within the organisation allowing the engineers to continue with their day-to-day responsibility.

With easy access to major routes of Cambridge you will have the benefit of convenient parking right on the premises and lovely surroundings to be able to enjoy a break away from the every day.  The people are really lovely and as they grow you will really play a vital part in business support enabling you the chance to really grow and develop your skills over time.

As the Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Facilities coordination
  • Travel arrangements
  • Arranging orders
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Assisting accounts with invoicing and quotes
  • A good team player
  • Assisting in the smooth running of the office

As the Operations Coordinator you will have:

  • Previous office experience
  • Great organisational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Experience in Xero or similar would be desirable
