Customer Support Executive

Due to growth, our client is looking to expand its Customer Support team. You will be working in a varied and busy role where no 2 days will be the same. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone that enjoys autonomy in their role but also the opportunity to be part of a supportive and helpful team.

As the Customer Support Executive, you will be the type of person that is keen to learn and enjoy combining administration with helping clients with processing orders or any enquiries. Full training will be given and there is a clear plan and structure to it.

As the Customer Support Executive, you will have excellent benefits available including 34 holidays a year (including bank holidays), private healthcare +additional pension.

As the Customer Support Executive, you will be:
• Dealing with incoming inquiries
• Providing quotes to customers
• Processing orders
• A good source of knowledge on products

As the Customer Support Executive, you will have:
• Strong administration skills
• Some exposure to working with clients/customers
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Ability to multitask
