As the Customer Service Administrator you will be:
- Answering the telephone and be able to deal with all enquiries from customers and clients
- General administration
- Making and confirming appointments through phone and email
- Working as part of a team
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will have:
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise your work load
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ideally, customer service experience
