This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and developing team working as the Network Administrator / Technical Support Engineer where you will be working on a number of project related services.
The role offers regular training and vendor certification, as the company is committed to investing in their employees to make them as knowledgeable as possible.
As the Network Administrator / Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing key technical support to customers and troubleshooting any IT issues in an efficient and effective manner
To be considered for the Technical Support Engineer role, you must have:
- A good understanding of networking
- Microsoft Desktop and Server Technologies
- Any Security or Virtualization knowledge would be in your advantage
This role will be office based but some site visits will be required.
In return for your hard work the company offer a competitive salary of £26,000 -£32,000, with a good benefits package including pension scheme, company mobile and a medical plan.
