Lettings Administrator

Are you a very good Administrator looking to be part of a growing team in your area? Do you enjoy working with others and prefer to be in a busy and varied administration support role? Due to expansion, our client is looking for a warm and welcoming Lettings Administrator to join their expanding team. You will play a vital role in the office, ensuring that key parts of someone’s home is processed correctly and be a key member in that first point of contact within the business.

It’s easy to do any administration role however, if you are an Administrator looking for something more in their day-to-day role, then this could be the right one for you!

As the Lettings Administrator you will very organised and play a crucial part in this growing business. As the Lettings Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Diary management
  • Front of house reception
  • Administration of all legal paperwork i.e. contracts etc
  • Assist with maintenance scheduling
  • General administration duties including rental income
  • Check tenants in and out of properties
  • Inventories

As the Lettings Administrator you will have:

  • Exceptional people-skills
  • An articulate, friendly, telephone manner
  • Full driving license and own vehicle
  • Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and knowledge of databases
  • Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills
