Customer Support Executive
Due to expansion a great opportunity has arisen for a Customer focused professional to join our client’s team as a trainee Customer Support Executive. Are you great at working on varied projects? Are you organised, accurate and great with customers? Working in this Customer Support Executive role you will have the opportunity to deal with incoming calls being the first point of contact for a commercial business whilst using your administration skills on a number of projects.
As the Customer Support Executive, you will be:
- Dealing with incoming customer enquiries
- Managing client expectations and recording details and logging issues.
- Project Support
- Ordering of supplies
- Analysing customer information and gathering details
- Resolving issues and providing 1st line support
- Escalating faults
- Updating customer with progress
As the Customer Support Executive, you will have:
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi task
