Sales Support Executive|£25,000-£30.000

Due to growth, our client is looking to appoint a proactive and client-focused Sales Support Executive to join our client's team. As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting their sales efforts, building strong client relationships, actively pursuing B2B clients, and converting incoming orders and inquiries into loyal clients. Your ability to communicate effectively, maintain service contracts, and contribute to their growth will be essential.


As the Sales Support Executive you will be responsible for: 

• Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs, ensure their satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

• Proactive Approach: Take initiative in identifying potential B2B clients. Actively seek out new business opportunities and contribute to their client acquisition efforts.

• Order Conversion: Handle incoming orders and inquiries promptly. Convert these interactions into successful client relationships.

• Service Contract Management: Maintain service contracts with clients, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.

• Effective Communication: Communicate service or pricing changes, notable trends, and other relevant information to assigned accounts.

• CRM Utilisation: Utilise CRM software to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress. Accurate sales forecasting and reporting are critical.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Executive to support their assigned client base and contribute to overall sales success.

As the Sales Support Executive you will have:

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with our company’s industry or niche.

• Product Understanding: Ability to grasp the features and benefits of our products or services.

• Communication Skills: Articulate ideas clearly, actively listen, and adapt communication style to different clients and situations.

• Relationship Building: Trustworthiness, rapport building, and follow-up skills are essential.

• Negotiation Abilities: Comfortable negotiating terms, prices, and contracts.

• Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate documentation and contract management.

• CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software for tracking and reporting.

• Proactive Mindset: Willingness to take initiative and contribute to business growth.
