We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef who is looking for a new and challenging opportunity within a successful business.  Working as part of this well-established team you will become a valued team member of this organisation and play a key part in the delivery of their culinary experiences for their clients.

In this role, you will play a key role in planning, preparing, and executing a variety of catering events, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and overall customer satisfaction. As the  Chef you will: 

• Oversee the kitchen team, assigning tasks and providing clear instructions.

• Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, displaying exceptional culinary skills

• Ensure food is presented beautifully and consistently

• Meet with clients to discuss menu options, dietary restrictions, and event requirements.

• Develop creative and innovative menus tailored to each event

• Plan and manage food preparation, ensuring proper timing and adherence to health and safety standards

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

• Adapt to changes and tight deadlines with a positive attitude

• Collaborate with event staff to ensure seamless execution of events

• Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques

As the Chef you will have: 

• Experience of working as a Chef in a busy environment with experience of using fresh food

• Excellent knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure

• Creative flair and passion for food

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Food safety certification (preferred)
